CIVILIAN ACCIDENT INVESTIGATOR

Most mid to large law enforcement agencies respond to more than 1000 minor and private property accidents every year!
And according to the insurance industry’s own statistics, those numbers are only climbing as more families now own up to 5 vehicles and companies continue to grow their fleet.
Each minor accident can take up to 2 hours to investigate, document and clear the scene!
For the average agency that means 2000 hours a year that officers are out of service and unavailable for other higher priority calls.
And this doesn’t even count the court hours!
We provide experienced civilian accident investigators for low speed, non-injury, minor fender bender accidents and collisions occurring on private property. Investigators are all former, retired and current law enforcement officers who have already investigated hundreds and thousands of non-injury, injury accidents, fatalities and hit and runs.

COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICERS

CSO’s are frequently used by civilian, military and university law enforcement agencies to respond to low risk, not in progress crimes to meet with reporting parties, conduct minimal investigations, complete incident reports and to forward reports and information to appropriate departments.
CSO’s are also often used to direct traffic at accident scenes, incidents where vehicles have broken down in traffic and scenes where there is a fire or police presence that is impeding traffic flow.
Some Community Service Officers can also be used for other various duties and assignments.

ALARM VERIFICATION AGENT

The alarm industry reports that eight in ten alarm activations are false alarms costing law enforcement agencies million of dollars to respond to them every year.
Our agents can free up patrol officers to answer other more critical and urgent calls for services.
Alarm agents will verify the legitimacy of each activation before law enforcement is dispatched.

ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS

Experienced ACO’s can handle normal calls for service and assist in routine ACO duties.
Animal Control Services range from complete day to day facility management to conducting animal abuse and neglect investigations.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONDERS

Emergency Medical Technicians and advanced medical personnel are available to respond to low priority, non- emergency calls to conduct initial assessment of patients and to verify whether a hospital transport is necessary.
Responding to minor medical calls and non serious illnesses frees up fire department responders and paramedics and reduces response time to high priority emergency calls for service.
We also provide onsite services at special events, sporting events, graduation and private property events and concerts and fairs.

LIFEGUARDS

We staff city, county and state owned park pools, lakes and beach-fronts with American Red Cross Certified and highly experienced lifeguards.
Our lifeguards are attentive, alert and friendly while staying vigilant for violations, safety hazards and swimmers in distress.
All lifeguards are also certified in advance lifesaving skills including CPR and the use of an AED.
We also work with private property pools, hotels, entertainment centers and water-parks.

CRIME SCENE CONTROL

Crime scenes often require that they be secured while waiting for crime scene technicians to process the scene.
This can sometimes keep a law enforcement officer unavailable to respond to more urgent calls for several hours and even the entire shift.
Our Community Service Officers can take the task away from patrol  while maintaining the integrity of the scene.

TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT

Traffic Services can be designed to assist with conducting stationary radar and speed control monitoring in targeted high crash areas, school zones and known high speed areas. Additionally, our traffic units can post up and monitor traffic flow in areas where complaints have been received.
Our support team can also move and relocate traffic signs, speed control devices and assist patrol officers in other areas of traffic enforcement.

PARKING ENFORCEMENT

Our programs can be designed to assist current parking enforcement agents or to completely manage parking control services for municipal or county government, universities, medical facilities or private businesses.
Parking Control Agents use a number of tools to enforce parking rules and ordinances including
parking warnings and violation notices, parking tickets, parking boots for egregious violators and the use of towing services to remove violators.

PUBLIC SAFETY CONSULTING

With a combined 200 years of public safety experience, we have what it takes to understand your needs, analyze methods of improving services within current budgets and to guide public and private law enforcement services in a variety of areas.
We also offer quality, experienced service to private businesses, schools and churches.

CODE ENFORCEMENT

Code Enforcement Officers assist in the prevention, detection, investigation and enforcement of violations of statutes or ordinances regulating public health, safety, and welfare, public works, business activities and consumer protection, building standards, land-use, or municipal affairs as well as educate citizens to the laws and codes governing their property, home or business.
Our officers meet all educational, work, and licensing requirements pursuant to state statute or local requirements.

SCHOOL SAFETY OFFICER

Our active or former-retired law enforcement officers provide high quality security and crime prevention services in private and public schools including college campuses.
Our number one priority is protecting the students and staff while educating them of potential threats, violence and crimes on campus and active shooters.
All  personnel have undergone Threat Analysis and Active Shooter training in addition to our minimum standards training requirements.

 PRISONER TRANSPORT SERVICES

The arrest, transport and booking process is a long one and in cities where dozens of arrests are made each shift, that means that valuable resources are taken off the street and are unavailable for emergency priority responses.
We cut down that process and give you back those wasted travel hours by providing secure prisoner transport from the arrest site to the booking room.
Keep your officers available on their beats doing what they do best, protecting the citizens of your community!

ON SITE DRUG TESTING

On-site, professionally administered drug tests are available for any business, school, church or public safety agency.
Drug screening is done by EMT’s, Paramedics or Nurses, using the 12 or 14 Drug Test Panel process.
DOT testing is also available and adheres to all federal requirements.
Personal drug testing for families is also available within our coverage areas.
